Located in the entrance area, niepuy is the perfect place to pick up souvenirs upon arrival or before departure, with sweets that can only be found at Upopoy and Ainu crafts. Snacks, drinks, and other items such as umbrellas are also available to make your time at the park even more enjoyable.

This shop sells a variety of items including Ainu crafts, original merchandise featuring designs based on the exhibitions, and books about Ainu history and culture. You can also buy a drink to enjoy while taking in the beautiful view of Lake Poroto from inside the center.

This shop offers cakes and pastries to take away. The cup cheesecake made with thick Hokkaido cheese and pies made with Hokkaido apples are particularly recommended. Limited edition pies are also made at various times throughout the year. Soft-serve ice cream, home-roasted coffee, and soft drinks are available, in addition to confectionery to take home and original products featuring Ainu designs.
